burpee box jump overs!  If you’ve never done a “death by” WOD before, it’s kind of like an EMOM.  Minute 1 you do 1 rep, minute 2 you do 2 and continue on until you can no longer complete the work in the alloted minute.  For today’s version, when you hit failure, you’ll take a minute off and subtract 2 reps and try to continue on at that count until at least the 13 minute mark.  Weeee!

Before we get into that, we’ll have another strength EMOM combining push press and push jerks.  The volume is high, so the weight should be light enough to allow us to stay explosive and rebound out of the front rack.
