Hang On!

Dr. Paul
The theme of today is to just keep hangin’ on. Our strength portion will be a complex of hang power cleans and push presses every minute for 10 minutes. Choose a load that keeps things snappy, because you’ll want to hang onto the bar unbroken on each set. After that, we’ll hit a WOD that has us either hanging onto dumbbells or to the rig on every movement. Be smart about breaking up the reps on Round #1 so that you can start saving your grip right away — otherwise it’s going to be a long 15 minutes!
