Get up!
We’re working on jumping high today, testing our max height for a box jumps and then applying that height to some high box jumps in the WOD.
Testing your max height on a box jump is a scary thing. This is normal and definitely part of why we do it. You might notice this is the case for other movements as well, but it becomes a little extra real with box jumps. Remember, most of why you stop challenging yourself is mental rather than physical. This is your chance to face that head on! (This is also why we have soft boxes…)

Box Jump: 40 inches
WoD: 7+20 Rx, felt like I kept a good pace, it was a nice combo of activities.
Box Jump max: 42″
WoD: 7+10 Rx
BJ: 36” (I didn’t even try more. It makes me cringe..)
