Hangin out

Nick | 01/27/2020 | 3

It’s all about how long you can hold on today.  After some strict press work, our WOD is just a 5 minute active hang.  The only catch is every time you drop, you have to row and jump rope.  The more times you drop, the more extra work you have.  Chalk up and pray to the grip gods for this one!

WoD: Got in 4:40 of hanging (w/DUs) — 50 seconds, 40, 30, 30, 30, 30, 20, (chalked up) 35, 15 (time expired). Used the row as a recovery, but ran out of time w/15 minute cap – so if I did this again (which would be horrible), I’d pick up the pace a little bit on the row.

STR: #95, but was failing on the last reps in the last two rounds.

WoD: 3:50, aiming between 30 and 40 seconds per hang. Was really slow on the rowing and rope work.

WOD: I basically gave up, lost count, and just wanted to finish it, which thankfully happened in 15:00
