Partner Chipper
The percentages just keep going up, don’t they? 🙂 Today, you’ll be working at 80-85% of your deadlift one-rep max for five sets of five. This is the heaviest we’ve gone on deadlifts this cycle, so find a challenging weight and make it count.
After that, you’ll get to grab a partner and hit this fun “chipper” WOD of rowing, deadlifts, dumbbell shoulder-to-overheads, and knees-to-elbow (almost like a toes-to-bar). Break up the work as needed with your partner!
