Core for days

This one’s going to hit that midline hard, so make sure you don’t let go of those deep core structures! It’s a 10 down to 1 format (so 10 rounds, 10 reps round 1, 9 reps round, 8 reps round 3 etc) with a 2x mutiplier for the mountain climbers and a 3x (!!) multiplier for the situps. That means round 1 is 10 burpees, 20 mountain climbers and 30 sit ups!

Warm Up:
3 rounds
4 inch worms in place
:30 plank
10 weightless renegade rows (from an unwavering plank, alternate rowing one arm at a time)
8 half burpees (no pushup) – jump as high as possible

AHWOD:
10 – 1
burpees
2x mountain climbers
3x sit ups

I liked this one too. The MC and Burpees were much faster/easier than I expected. Situps took a long time.

17:45. Ditto to what Sarah said. The situps took so much longer than everything else. The last 3 rounds felt awesome though!

Cat5 no longer notices my workouts. Thousand yard stare.

Woof! 13:23 with dog interference. She wants to wrestle my arm during sit ups (all 11 lbs of her).

14:40. Did it on Wednesday and I swear my abs looked better when I woke up this morning. (Probably a lie but it feels like they look amazing.)
