Hey y’all, Motivation. It is a thing that comes and goes for everyone, even JT. I know it’s hard to keep up the fire to workout alone and sometimes a goal helps. Today we are challenging you to achieve a specific goal: The Virtual Spartan Sprint.

The Virtual Spartan Sprint consists of a 5K run and 20 “obstacles” represented by individual sets of exercises. For this event there are alternatives for the run such as rowing, jump rope, swimming, etc. and these can be found here: https://www.spartan.com/en/virtual-race
where you can also sign up fro the global finishers board for FREE.

Also, there is a description video for every exercise listed on the link above.

You can do the exercises/cardio in any order and your score will be the total time it takes you. Post those scores below!

I got this done in 37:26 using a rower for 6000m for the 1:1.2 ration breaking every 300m for an exercise.

  2. Colleen says:

I liked this one! Nice and spicy. 37:27 ran the 5k first, then did the obstacles. Thanks for the great workout!! Miss you all!

  3. Berenice V says:

    Miss you guys!
Around 40 min. Ran a little bit more than 5 km and then the obstacles.
    Great to re-find the motivation!

  4. EB says:

    BARF.

  5. BenB says:

That’s super long! I’ll do it this weekend…
Instead, I did nautical Helen in about 14 min. I can’t wait to get my hands on a real pull-up bar! And a real gym. And real people to share a workout

  6. Melinda says:

I did most of this. The run was hell because I did not properly hydrate today. 45–50 minutes. Running sucks.
