Jumping Jack Flash

Hello friends!
I’m telling myself there are way more than 2 of you still reading this blog! If you’re out there, let us know!
If you’re doing our workouts, post your scores. If you’re doing your own thing, post about that. Reach out on the Facebook page, post here, message us, let us know how you’re doing!
Even though we aren’t together and don’t know when we’ll be together again, we are still here. Your coaches miss you all and will be ready for you when it makes sense.
For today’s work we have an alternating EMOM of some form of cardio for the ODD minutes. If it’s not raining go outside and get in a 200m run. I have to admit, I need to work on my running, tried to go around the block today and it was not pretty! If it’s raining and you don’t like running in the rain or are made of sugar do 45-60 seconds of jump rope, mountain climbers, jumping jacks or something else to get the heart rate up.
For the even rounds perform 20 lunge steps (10 per leg). Remember keep the shin vertical and heal down in that forward leg. If you want to spice it up a bit, find an object to stabilize overhead while executing the lunge steps.

Still here! Still injured, but making progress. My physical activity these days is mostly doing really boring PT routines. Miss you all!
Still here, too, Nelly! I do a couple of workouts a week, with a bunch of cycling in between. Sometimes I do what’s posted, or I invent. Monday’s effort substituted single arm strict presses for handstands (sore wrist) and goblet squats for the air squats (I was holding the damn weight anyway). Let’s see what tomorrow brings! Like Jon, I miss you all.
Still here! Where would I go, there’s a pandemic outside! I have been doing a lot of 5k rows (thanks again CFSV for the erg!) trying to get my time under 20 minutes (not there yet). Also running a lot more. Tending towards EMOM workouts with strict strengthy things when not doing all that. And surfing tomorrow (hello Isaias)!
