Body Weight Extravaganza!

Hey friends! Down and dirty, tomorrow is a body weight WOD only day that takes on three straight forward movements, but for 30 minutes.
Get in, get warmed up, get mobile, and get the work done. It is a very long grind, so be sure and listen to your coaches as they help you dial in your scales for this one.
WOD: Chelsea
EMOM 30 minutes
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
* If you cannot complete all 30 reps in one minute (READ: you break the 60 second barrier) the WOD switches to AMRAP and simply do as many rounds as possible for the remainder of the time.
Wod: 12 + 14 with kipping pull-ups, 12″-elevated push-ups, and unleaded air squats
Push-ups fell apart way, way sooner than I expected, and I should have scaled more aggressively on those.
