Shoulder Endurance with the Power Snatch and some Toes to Bar

Hey y’all, Monday is here and we’re getting right back to work. Today we will work on the power snatch for strength, building to a challenging set of 3. We’ll cover the movement and it’s points of performance and then let you get some work done.
Once that is complete we will take down the weight on the bar to something moderately challenging to you (RX is 95/65) and use the Power Snatch as one of the movements in today’s five round triplet for time.
The movements for the WOD will be 5 Toes to Bar, 5 Power Snatches, 10 Bar Facing Burpees (over the barbell).
A solid strategy for this would be to keep the pace slow and consistent so you don’t redline and force yourself to stop. Another method would be to put yourself on an E2MOM clock and do one round every 2 minutes, taking any remaining time for the 2 min round as a recovery. This one gets spicy quick, but just like all the things we do, it is just hard, it’s far from impossible!
