Hello friends!
Who doesn’t love a nice long WOD that includes running? We’ll have ample opportunity to warm up and mobilize for this one. Once the clock starts pace to move consistently. Make it a goal to not stop to walk during the 400m run, move through those box jumps without stopping and aim for unbroken KB deadlifts. It’s a fun one!
