All the barbell…

Hello friends!!
Today we’ll be getting intimately acquainted with the barbell starting with power cleans for strength. We’ll spend some time building to a heavy set of 5 before stripping the barbell for the WOD. In the WOD, you’ll be taking the bar from the hang into that power position, followed by the push press and push jerk. Pick a weight you can move through relatively unbroken for the first 2-3 rounds. And have fun!!!

Strength: 95# maybe could have gone heavier but ran out of time
WOD: 12 rounds Rx
Str: 145#
WoD: 12 + 3 @ 75#
Was fun to jump into class today! 170# and 19 Rounds RX.
