Hope you all have been having as much fun working out together as we’ve had coaching you the last couple of months!
Today we’ll be back squatting for strength followed by a descending ladder of wall balls and toes-to-bar. Don’t have toes-to-bar – don’t worry- we’ll help you scale.
Your coaches will be looking for depth in both the back squat and wall balls so get low!
