Thursday 9/2/21 Deads and Dubs

Hello friends!
Hope everyone is feeling great! After a week of a variety of movements we’re keeping things simple on this lovely Thursday. We’ll work on deadlifts for strength building up to the heaviest set of 5 you can achieve in the allotted time.
The WOD is a couplet of heavy deadlifts and double unders. It’s only 3 rounds so use this as an opportunity to pick a challenging weight for the deadlifts.
