Tuesday 10/5/21 – Pull Ups and then Helen!

Today we’ll be doing some Strict Pull-Up Volume training using the EMOM method for 15 minutes. Pick a number and scale that you can consistently complete with Strict Pullups and make the magic happen.
For the WOD we will be doing the CrossFit workout “Helen” which consists of 3 rounds of a 400 M run, 21 Kettle Bell Swings (53/35), and 12 Pull Ups (Not strict this time).
Remember to find a pace that you can hold. The abililty to keep moving is more imporant that going fast a bit and taking too much time to rest.
The race is not given to the swift or to the strong but to the one who endures to the end.
