BMU Week 2, Welcome New Coach Sianna!
Welcome to week 2 of our Bar Muscle-Up strength cycle, and welcome also to a new coach joining us in the mornings! Sianna was a member of CFSV back in 2018, and is back to join our coaching staff a few mornings each week. She has coached at CF City Line in the past and I’m excited to have her join the staff here now. She’ll be on Mondays and Thursdays morning classes for now.
