Upside Down Time!
It’s been a while since we put this on the program, but Upside Down Time with JT is definitely magic time. Not only is it a great way to train your midline strength, shoulder stability, and general coordination… it’s also good for your brain! (See linked study, among others.)
For our upside down time today, I’ll have plenty of drills and challenges for you, no matter what your skill level or comfort is with being upside down. Handstands? Headstands? HSPU? Handstand walks? Wall climbs? Pike or box work? I look forward to getting y’all upside down and seeing the world from a new perspective today.
