Home Stretch
Boy oh boy I am happy to be back! It was a nice trip to visit some family, but I can honestly say it was downright wild to spend an entire week away from the facility… over the past few years I’ve been there literally every day. Fortunately, it was in good hands and we can all thank Sea for keeping the classes running, the lights on, and the floors spotless!
We’re in the Home Stretch of our Bar-Muscle-Up strength biased cycle – this is our last week! Stay focused on the drills today, and get mentally ready for the big day on Wednesday when you get to give it your all in our Bar Muscle Up re-test!
For the run in today’s WOD, I want you to charge up that hill to start… but on that long slope downhill I urge you to keep pushing the speed. There’s no call to coast on the home stretch.
