Preview Day

As we’ve wrapped up our BMU cycle, we’ll be moving next week into our next cycle. Today is a bit of a sneak preview of a highly complex movement that we’ll be spending more time working on soon.

But just because the squat clean is a very technical lift (maybe even fiddly) it’s also fundamentally the most efficient way to move a very large weight from the ground up to your shoulders. So let’s work the technique today and get ready to get low!
