There’s not much fancy about today’s work. Just some time going overhead for load, and then a good old-fashioned bodyweight sweat to start your week off right. The high-volume push-ups have a chance to really bog you down and make you flirt with the time cap, so don’t be shy about scaling to a box to keep the reps flying by quickly.
