One Fifty
It’s not fancy, but running a mile and change will definitely tell you something about your cardiovascular fitness. So will doing a whole lot of burpees in short order. Put them both together in high volume? It gets nasty in a hurry, and takes some time to grind through it all.
We’ve got gobs of them today, so we’ll be careful to warm you up appropriately for the run and burpees and then set you loose to grind away!
