Tabata Time
I’m sure Dr Tabata was a fine human being, but we can all be forgiven for thinking, after a hard tabata workout, that the good doctor was a bad bad man.
These are all very light movements, but having excellent form and range of motion is going to be essential to enable you to go hard and fast – 20 seconds at a time.
