You’re not imagining things: this workout does indeed call for an RX of going all the way overhead with a 2 pood KB on the high end. Your midline bracing and hip explosiveness will be tested by the big heavy swings today, but this is a good low-volume day to push yourself on the KB weight a bit beyond your usual comfort zone.
