Not quite a burpee sprint

But close!  Just a few more push ups each trip. I’m talking about that funny math formula looking movement we start each round with today.  Each rep here involves 3 push ups and a sprint across the room.  Or, you can think of it as 2 push ups and a burpee sprint.  Either way, it’s a chance to connect to the ground a little more solidly in between our sprints.

WOD:

5 Rounds
(4x (3 Pushups, 25′ Sprint))
20 Single Arm KB Swings (10/side) (24/16)
