Friends, this Saturday we’ll be hosting some vendors for Unions Square’s “Holiday Stroll” event (see link for details.) This will effect our schedule a little, but we’ll still have plenty for you to do.
The intent of the workout today is to move as quickly as possible to get as much rest as you can.
