Hey friends! In case you didn’t notice, it’s still summer! Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water long before you come to class so your body is ready to deal with the heat (especially if you spend a lot of time in air conditioning…)
We’re moving on up today (as we tend to do), pressing weight overhead, pulling our weight up to a bar and jumping our weight on to a box.
Today we’re hitting a spin on “The Chief”, taking it out of the AMRAP structure and instead going for 10 rounds.
