Squad – Today is the day. We are retesting the bench mark from 6 weeks ago.  STR: 1 rep max strict press  1 rep max back squat  WOD: AMRAP 7  burpees to target   Have fun y’all.    


Cycling the bar

Today we’ll be working on cycling the barbell through clean and jerks.  We’ll have the opportunity to hone this as a skill and then apply it directly to the WOD.


Counting is hard

We all know how hard counting can be, especially in the midst of the high intensity workouts that we put ourselves through.  Today it might be a little extra tricky as the numbers don’t follow any easy pattern.
