Here’s one for you old school gym rats. Today, we’ll be working on horizontal pulling and pushing. The pulling will be loaded with our body weight with rows and the push will be loaded with a bar. It’s bench press day friends. Have fun (and don’t forget about the rows)!

WOD: 10:58. 11 seconds slower than last time. I’ve fear that, like Ben, I’ve lost fitness. Only more so. My theory is that gettin huge made me slower.
