Post Holiday activities
I hope you all enjoyed your holiday celebrations. As many of you come off time with family and food overload itβs the perfect time to come on back and just get moving.
If you are bummed the holidays are over fear not! Not only is the new year around the corner; we have our Holiday party is January 12th! The only rule is no workout clothes. We look forward to seeing you there!
The workout today is an ascending ladder of toes to bar and wall balls. Toes to bar should be scaled to move and wall balls should be connected especially as the reps increase.
