Going overhead and quick workout
Weβre going overhead for strength with an emphasis on touch and go reps. This may limit the load you end up lifting but itβs great skill transfer for workouts.
The workout is a quick one with heavy swings that can be done in one to two sets, bear crawls, and double unders to cap it all off. This can take anywhere from 7-10 min.
