We’re hopping on the rower again today, this time for 1000m repeats. The goal here is 3 quick, punchy rows separated by what will feel like not very much rest. Treat each one like its own race and do your best to stay consistent. This will all follow some back squats at percentage, so make sure you have your numbers handy!
