Tuesday 10/12/21: Deadlifts and Box Jumps

Hi y’all! Today we’ll be working with the explosive power of the hip opening in both the Deadlift for strenght, then taking it to the WOD and coupling it with Box Jumps using a downward trending rep scheme of 21-15-9-6-3.

    DSW across the board.

    Tweaked something in my back during the warmup and decided not to push my luck. Spent the session doing mobility work instead. Bummed to miss out on deadlifts, but this was definitely the right call.
