Hey Squad! There are NO classes on Monday, September 5th for the holiday. Open gym has been added to the calendar and Coach Michael might be there for the beginning if you’re bored and want to come in and get some fitness.
Next, we are seeing the membership numbers beginning to come back a bit more and that is AWESOME! It is also causing our 5:30 pm classes to fill up to capacity, and then over. In order to ensure we keep the limit to 12 members for both safety and quality of coaching, we are adjusting the schedule starting Tuesday, September 6th.
Monday: 6:30 & 7:30 am / 5:00 & 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 6:30 & 7:30 am / 5:00 & 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 6:30 & 7:30 am / 5:00 pm Crossfit & 6:00 pm Yoga
Thursday: 6:30 & 7:30 am / 5:00 & 6:00 pm
Friday: 6:30 am / 5:00 pm
This schedule update will hopefully make it easier to keep the current evening classes at proper capacity and maybe even more distributed.
