Jackie’s another one of those benchmark workouts that is just iconic and unforgettable. I know at least one athlete whose first free trial was on a Jackie day, and it was instant love for CrossFit. Of course, I know plenty of folks who think that sounds just brutal, but hey – I’m not here to yuck anybody’s yum.

Jackie’s just a straight shot: one time through, and you come tumbling out the other side. If you’ve got a score from doing it before, look it up tonight and come mentally prepared to beat it today. If this is your FIRST time doing Jackie… well, buckle up, and write down your score when we’re done. If you do CrossFit for long enough, I guarantee you’ll run into Jackie again someday.
