Long Haul

Barbara is a long haul – one of the longest CF benchmarks. We’re building up to our Memorial Day Murph, and Barbara is a good way to prepare for that high-rep bodyweight workout. Let’s try to keep the reps fast and attack each round like its own WOD; you’ve got 3 minutes to rest and recover after each round. This is a long one, so the warmup and strength sections are going to be quick today to make room for this long haul.

10 Single Leg Lift-Overs

20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Air Squats
