Run and Lift
It may be hard to imagine as a CrossFitter in the year of our lord 2024, but back in the day it was pretty rare to pair cardio closely with heavy weightlifting. That special blend really leads to some magical results (and some horrible workouts). Neither part of this looks particularly bad, but trust when I say the whole is definitely more than the sum of the parts.
