No Foolin

As you may have noticed, I’m not one for Aprils Fools pranks. What you see is what you get (mostly). This workout, for eaxample, is exactly as hard as you think it is going to be No room for foolin around today – your coaches will help you set up some scaling for the handstand pushups that will keep you moving faster than you’d like and you’ll get to climbing this ladder of reps as far as you can go in 9 minutes.
