We’re hitting a quick, jumpy WOD to get us warm and ready for some heavy deadlifting to peak today’s class.

The metcon is short, but so are the rounds.  Coach Jenna hit this one for 12-14 rounds (I forget now..) last week, so just keep moving and don’t forget to count!

After that, you’ll have the rest of class to work up your deadlifts.  Use all of your time and load that sucker up!

    first time using a lifting belt… I think it helped

    WoD: 7+13 Rx; box jumps really slowed down after round 2 or so
    Str: 235#
